The Company acts as a consumer credit broker and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for these purposes under firm reference number 746301. This privacy policy has been prepared by us to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act). The Company is registered under the Act with registration number: ZA181843.

  7. Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies
    1. Some lenders whom we or our partners may pass your information to may run a credit check with credit references agencies and fraud prevention agencies to make a decision as to whether to provide you with a loan.
    2. If you apply for a loan or consumer credit product and it is refused by one of our lenders or other partners on the basis of information they have received from a credit reference agency, they must inform you of this and provide you with the details of the agency concerned.
    3. If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies.
